The raffle is open to all Dragon Royale members with a Digital Active Card status on the day of the draw.

• Non-members must sign up for free to participate.

• Each day, 1 winner will be randomly drawn from the active card users.

• Winners must be physically present during the draw to claim their prize.

• If the drawn winner is not present or disqualified, a new draw will be conducted.

• Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed with a valid ID and membership card.

• Each day’s winner cannot win again during the remaining raffle days to give way to more members.

• Dragon Royale reserves the right to substitute a prize with equal or greater value if needed.

• In case of disputes, the decision of Dragon Royale management is final.
